1:1 Individual Coaching Session

You want a plan to jumpstart  your desire to improve your daily routine and make some shifts regarding your health and wellness. During an individual coaching session, we will cut-to-the-chase and quickly uncover your concerns, devise a plan to make some changes, and you’ll walk away with a plan to kick what you’ve only dreamed of into actionable steps.

3-month Coaching Program

You’ve tried to make changes on your own and know yourself well enough to know that support and accountability are key in making lasting, permanent changes.

Why 3 months?  To make shifts it takes time to change behaviors and build new habits. The three-month program is for those who feel they know what they want and to get the momentum of change moving in the right direction, they require a short-term level of accountability and support. The 3-month program provides the opportunity to discover what you want, devise a plan for making changes, and the support and accountability to make that happen.

  • Two 50-minute office appointments each month for two months
  • A one-hour home visit for Pantry Upgrade OR Grocery Store Tour
  • Email support between sessions
  • Monthly special events like a health food store tour and group discussions related to health & wellness

6-month Coaching Program

You already know that when you have support and accountability that you exceed even your own expectations! You want radical and permanent change in your life and are willing to make the commitment to yourself and your future.

Why 6 months?   For permanent change to to happen, the proper amount of time to make those changes is necessary. The 6-month program is for those who want to experience radical changes in their life having dealt with on-going health & wellness setbacks. Together, we will bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We will decipher your body’s unique needs, create a specific blueprint for you to move forward, and set personal goals that will result in sustainable changes.

90-Minute Family Energy Booster!

When one contemplates a change in diet, one of the most anxiety-ridden pieces to that is food shopping. So, let’s go shopping! Learn the ins-and-outs of what to buy, including healthy substitutes for commonly purchased items. We’ll tour the produce section and I’ll show you how to optimize your shopping trip, what to avoid and teach you about the Clean 15 & Dirty Dozen and how to store your fruits and veggies so they last longer and don’t get lost at the back of your fridge. Handouts include a list of recipes and tips on how to prepare fast and delicious meals. I’ll also show you how to save money on your food bill!
